On May 6th you were introduced to the What and Why of Collaborative Contracting. The upcoming Webinars “Getting Together” (May 19th) and “Staying Together” (May 27th) will enable adoption by exploring the “How”. More specifically, our next Webinar will:

• Conduct a high-level review of the framework with a specific focus on implementation
• Reveal how owners can assess their internal capability to partner as well as surface and address barriers to adoption that typically arise during the transition to collaboration
• Explore methods for sourcing trustable partners who understand how to collaborate
• Provide an interesting look into contractual forms used to support collaboration
