Prerequisite: Awareness Workshop
This half day workshop will prepare you to:
· Understand the employers role and responsibility with respect to implementing a respectful workplace policy
· How to support and communicate the policy
· Gain clarity of what constitutes a ‘meaningful policy’
· Address some of the more difficult situations
