Tools
Purpose:
These Tools have been developed and are being provided to you by the Construction Owners Association of Alberta (COAA) to assist with implementation of a Field Level Risk Assessment program in your company. You are encouraged to modify these tools to satisfy the needs of your company. Typically companies replace the COAA logo with their company's logo, rephrase the questions on the Card to suit their business, add their own company safety slogans, etc.
These materials have been used by various companies to develop posters, stickers, and other promotional materials to support the implementation of the Field Level Risk Assessment program in their company.
Card
for an electronic version of the 'artwork' necessary to recreate, or modify, the COAA 'sample' Field Level Risk Assessment Memory Jogger Card (i.e. the 'original' COAA Card measured 2" X 3½" which was suitable for a pocket card, or a card with a slot to be clipped onto company identification cards)

for a MS Word (version 6) file necessary to recreate, or modify, the COAA 'sample' Field Level Risk Assessment Form
