COAA - Industrial Construction Excellence in Alberta

Mission
COAA provides leadership to enable our owner members to be successful in their drive for safe, effective and productive project execution in their industry. We achieve this by:  

  • Creating and promoting Best Practices in the construction industry. 
  • Serving as a voice for owners to stakeholders that can make a difference.
  • Providing a forum for dialogue and debate among owners, contractors, labour providers and governments.
  • Bringing new ideas to the constructon industry and to government leaders.

Our Members
The Construction Owners Association of Alberta (COAA) is comprised of Principal Members who are users of construction services in their day-to-day operations. The COAA represents a broad cross-section of owners’ interests and is associated with many sectors of the Alberta construction community. The COAA is also comprised of Associate Members providing construction services and other activities. The COAA engages with owners, construction and engineering contractors, government, labour groups and other construction industry associations.
